1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PrimeGallery ("the App"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately uninstall the App and discontinue all use.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PrimeGallery Developer ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
PrimeGallery is an Android gallery and media management application that allows you to:
- Browse, view, and organize photos and videos stored on your device.
- Edit media files using built-in tools (crop, rotate, filters, adjustments, and compression).
- Create, rename, and manage photo and video albums.
- Copy, move, rename, delete, and share media files.
- Hide sensitive media in a password-protected Secure Vault with AES encryption.
- Play videos with a built-in media player.
The App operates primarily offline and does not require account creation or internet access for core functionality.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use PrimeGallery. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use PrimeGallery on Android devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
4.1 You May NOT:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
- Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, sell, or otherwise transfer the App or your license to any third party.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices in the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent the Secure Vault encryption or security features.
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
5. User Content & Responsibility
5.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, and media files that you access, edit, organize, or store using PrimeGallery. We do not claim any rights, title, or interest in your media content.
5.2 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The legality and appropriateness of all media content you store, view, edit, or share using the App.
- Maintaining backups of your important media files. PrimeGallery is not a backup service.
- Ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- All media you choose to share via the App's sharing functionality.
5.3 Prohibited Content
You agree not to use PrimeGallery to store, process, or distribute content that:
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringes the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party.
- Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploits minors in any way.
- Constitutes or promotes illegal activity.
6. Secure Vault
6.1 Vault Functionality
The Secure Vault feature allows you to hide and encrypt media files behind a PIN, password, or biometric lock. Encrypted files are stored in a private directory on your device.
6.2 Vault Disclaimers
- Credential responsibility: You are solely responsible for remembering your Vault PIN or password. We do not store, have access to, or have the ability to recover your Vault credentials.
- No recovery: If you forget your Vault PIN or password, there is no way to recover your hidden files.
- Uninstallation: Uninstalling PrimeGallery will permanently and irreversibly delete all files stored in the Secure Vault.
- Device reset: A factory reset or clearing of app data will also result in permanent loss of all Vault contents.
- No guarantee: While we employ AES encryption, we do not guarantee that the Vault is impenetrable.
7. Media Editing
- Edits applied and saved may overwrite the original file depending on the save option selected. Preserve original copies if desired.
- We are not responsible for any loss of quality, metadata, or data resulting from editing operations.
- Editing results may vary across devices due to hardware differences.

9. Intellectual Property
PrimeGallery, including its design, code, graphics, UI elements, icons, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of PrimeGallery Developer and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
PrimeGallery incorporates open-source and third-party libraries, each subject to their respective licenses.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PrimeGallery Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of media files, loss of profits, loss of privacy, or any other intangible losses.
Our total liability for all claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any), or ten US dollars ($10.00), whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrimeGallery Developer from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
13.1 By You
You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling PrimeGallery. Upon uninstallation, all Vault contents and locally stored App data will be permanently deleted.
13.2 By Us
We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or suspend PrimeGallery at any time without prior notice. We may also revoke your license if you violate these Terms.
14. Updates & Modifications
We may release updates that include bug fixes, new features, security patches, or performance improvements. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PrimeGallery Developer is located. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PrimeGallery Developer regarding your use of the App.
